About the Event

You are invited to attend a 4-week Positive Steps to Wellbeing Course run by our Wellbeing Navigator Kathryn. The course aims to help you enhance your overall wellbeing, through a range of different activities and skills.  

  • Build upon your existing strengths

  • Learn new skills

  • Make social connections

Attendees must commit to all 4 sessions.   Spaces are limited, so please RSVP as soon as possible prior to the first start date.  We will contact you to let you know if you have gained a place or if we have placed you on our waiting list and will let you know about future dates.  If you cannot make these dates, or the course becomes full, don’t worry… there will be more throughout the year.
