Carers Connect Coffee Morning

Take a break from your caring role to socialise with other Carers in an informal space.  You are welcome to draw, bring in crafts such as needlework, or just come to talk and relax.

Carers Connect runs on regular Thursdays, online or in-person, with regular wellbeing and themed Specials, where we host guest  speakers on a variety of topics (please get in touch if you have any requests).  These Specials are 'blended' sessions which you may attend either online or in-person.
