Carers Week

Carers Week is an annual awareness campaign to celebrate and recognise the vital work of unpaid Carers.  The theme this year is 'Putting Carers on the map'.

Due to the General Election, our Carers Conference has been postponed, but we look forward to welcoming as many Carers and professionals on our new date to be announced soon.

In the meantime, we're celebrating with events all week at SCC which can be viewed on our Calendar along with partner activities on our Carers Week Blog.
