Wellbeing
Caring can be rewarding, but it can also be tough, frustrating and exhausting. That means you need to look after yourself too.
At Sutton Carers Centre, we can offer information, advice and practical support tailored to you or your whole family's needs, for example, if you are struggling to access food or are having financial difficulties.
But what about if you are just not feeling yourself?
If you are feeling low, overwhelmed, or perhaps unsure about the future, then please talk to us. We can provide you with emotional and mental health support tailored to your needs, such as informal support groups, or help to organise more formal talking support.
We have included below some useful tips and a contact list. If you simply need some time out from your day-to-day duties, then check our schedule of groups including our Carers Connect Coffee Morning and Relaxation Group.
