Our services

Advice & Information

Our free, confidential and independent information and advice is available to respond to Carers and their family's needs, enabling you to secure your

rights and entitlements to make informed choices.

Emotional support

Your wellbeing is a priority, so that you can juggle your responsibilities. We offer wellbeing support through 1-2-1 sessions, groups and workshops.

Parent Carers

We offer specialist Parent Carer advice, information and support, including regular groups and wellbeing workshops.

Mental Health Carers

Our Support Team offer a range of services, including regular groups if you care for someone with a Mental Health condition, including personality disorders.

End of Life Carers

Our specialist support worker can help you through the difficult period while you care for someone who is dying.

Life after Caring

The transition following the end of a caring role can be a period of complex mixed emotions and practical tasks, so continue to access our services for a period after your caring role has ended.

Dementia Carers

We offer specialist support for Dementia Carers, including a weekly peer support group.

Support Groups

We run a variety of regular support and social groups, giving you the opportunity to meet with other Carers and take a break away from your caring role. See our calendar below, or click for group descriptions and dates.
