Carers Connect Coffee Morning

This session runs most weeks as a blended session when you are welcome to come along in person or join online.

Come and take a break in our Carers Kitchen with refreshments, puzzles, games, bring your knitting or why not do a life drawing?

We also host regular talks during these sessions with guest speakers on a range of topics including regular wellbeing sessions. Please get in touch if you have any topics you would like us to cover.
