Carers Connect Special - Relaxation

Join our Wellbeing Naivigator Kathryn who will be teaching us some relaxation techniques.  You can join us online or at our offices.

Carers Connect runs on regular Thursdays, online or in-person, with regular wellbeing and themed Specials, where we host guest  speakers on a variety of topics (please get in touch if you have any requests).  These Specials are 'blended' sessions which you may attend either online or in-person.
