About the Event
Join our Wellbeing Team Leader Kathryn for a New Year wellbeing special with discussion and wellbeing tips.
This is a blended session for those who are not able to attend in person, however we highly recommend you attend in person if you can.
Carers Connect runs every Thursday as a blended session, so you may attend in person at the Centre or online.
Our regular themed Specials, invite a guest speaker to cover a Carer-related topic so please get in touch if you have any requests.
