Let's Talk about Arthritis

Arthritis Action is a UK charity, giving hands on and practical help to improve the quality of life of people affected by arthritis.  This talk is an opportunity to learn about self-management, find out about our resources, ask questions and share experiences.  For further information, please visit their website.

This is a blended session for those who are not able to attend in person, however we highly recommend you attend this practicle session in person if you can.

Carers Connect offers you the opportunity to take a break from your caring role to socialise with other Carers in an informal space. 

Carers Connect runs every Thursday as a blended session, so you may attend in person at the Centre or online.
