Let's talk about dying
Join a team of experts between 10.30am-3pm, for sessions on practical and emotional aspects around dying, from funerals planning, wills and finance, to bereavement and the end of a caring role. Support staff will be available throughout the day.

About the Event
For the third year running, this useful and informative event gives you the freedom and space to talk about the practical and emotional aspects around the topic of dying.
Our 'Let's talk about dying day' offers a schedule of talks, with the opportunity to ask questions and share your worries, concerns, experiences, or just to help you plan and cope with future events.
You may attend each topic talk individually, or come along to SCC for the whole event where we'll be providing refreshments and a light lunch. We'll have leaflets and information available and you'll have the opportunity to talk to other Carers and professionals informally between presentations, and our Specialist Support Worker will also be available for 121 conversations.
Timings are as follows (subject to change):
10.15am - sign in and settle
10.30am - Jo from Poppy's Funerals will be talking about funeral planning, options and…
