Note format change: Join a team of specialist between 11am - 12.30pm to discuss practical and emotional aspects around dying, including funerals planning, wills and finance, to bereavement and the end of a caring role. Support staff will be available throughout the day.

About the Event

**Please note the details for this event has changed** For the third year running, this useful and informative event gives you the freedom and space to talk about the practical and emotional aspects around the topic of dying. This year we are running a drop-in where you can come to speak with our specialist guests to share your worries, concerns, experiences, or just to help you plan and cope with future events.  


  • Jo from Poppy's Funerals will cover funeral planning, options and practicalities

  • Our Wellbeing Navigator and Specialist Support Worker Caroline and PCCH (Palliative Care Coordination Hub) Manager, Amanda, will be focusing on the Sutton Palliative Care at Home service from the patient's perspective and the Carer's perspective.

  • Simon from St Raphael's will either be available or supply material relating to end of life care and planning and the Wellbeing Centre

  • Ifat from Citizens Advice can provide general information…
