Wellbeing Carers Connect Special

SCC's Wellbeing Navigator Kathryn will be joining us for this end of winter wellbeing session with discussion and wellbeing tips.

This is a blended session for those who are not able to attend in person, however we recommend our Carer Connect Specials are attended in person where possible.

Carers Connect offers you the opportunity to take a break from your caring role to socialise with other Carers in an informal space. 

Carers Connect runs every Thursday as a blended session, so you may attend in person at the Centre or online.  

Our regular wellbeing and themed Specials, offer a guest  speaker on a variety of topics (please get in touch if you have any requests).   Please get in touch if you have any requests.
