Carers Connect Dementia Talk

Our Dementia Lead Naomi will be joining us to talk about Dementia signs, challenges and support. If you are caring for someone who has been diagnosed or you feel is showing signs of dementia or you are concerned about your future, or just interested, join us to find out more.

This is a blended session for those who are not able to attend in person, however we highly recommend you attend in person if you can.

Carers Connect runs every Thursday as a blended session, so you may attend in person at the Centre or online.  

Our regular themed Specials, invite a guest  speaker to cover a Carer-related topic so please get in touch if you have any requests.
