Carers Connect (online only)

Today the session is only online as the Centre is closed due to our relocation.

Take a break from your caring role to socialise with other Carers in an informal space.  Carers Connect runs every Thursday.  You can come along online or in-person, with regular wellbeing and themed where we host guest  speakers on a variety of topics (please get in touch if you have any requests) including our Wellbeing Navigator Kathryn.  Please get in touch if you have any requests.
