About the Event
This DLA workshop is for you if you have a child with SEND and either:
have a DLA form to complete
may need to send off for a DLA form in the future
will need to complete for your child's DLA renewal
This 40 page form can be daunting so Corinne will go through each question so you are clear what information is being asked of you, with tips on wording, what evidence you should send in and an opportunity for you to ask questions.
