From April 2024, dementia support in Sutton will be provided by Age UK Sutton.
To access support, please contact 020 8078 0002 or email dementiasupport@ageuksutton.org.uk.
The support service can help people with dementia and/or their carers find the appropriate support solution for them.
The Age UK Sutton services replace what was previously provided by Alzheimer's Society in Sutton.
You can still access the national Alzheimer's Society for information, advice and services.
Our services at SCC to support Dementia Carers remain unchanged.
We will share more information as soon as we have it, so watch this space.
I’ve used this platform a few times, and it feels quite reliable. The design is simple, and everything is easy to follow. I didn’t face any lag or problems while using it. It runs smoothly and feels stable. It’s not too complicated, which makes it easier to enjoy. It’s a comfortable option overall.
