Sutton Dementia Support Update

From April 2024, dementia support in Sutton will be provided by Age UK Sutton.

To access support, please contact 020 8078 0002 or email dementiasupport@ageuksutton.org.uk.  

The support service can help people with dementia and/or their carers find the appropriate support solution for them.

• The Age UK Sutton services replace what was previously provided by Alzheimer's Society in Sutton. 

• You can still access the national Alzheimer's Society for information, advice and services. 

• Our services at SCC to support Dementia Carers remain unchanged.
