For anybody that missed it this Summer, Sutton Council and partners, including Sutton Carers Centre, Age UK Sutton and the NHS, have set out a five-year plan that will focus on supporting Sutton residents at risk of dementia, raising awareness of the disease as well as providing ongoing support to those with a diagnosis and their Carers throughout their dementia journey. We'll be at Holy Trinity Centre for the Health and Wellbeing event this Friday. It's a great place to meet loads of local organisations, find out more about living safely and happily in Wallington, meet new people and find out about activities available for you to try locally (and on the day!). This Wallington Community Wellbeing Charity event will also host NHS staff offering Covid Boosters to the over 65’s and also Flu Vaccinations.
