Dementia Hub Living Well Centre

The Living Well Centre, part of the Dementia Hub service, officially opened on Monday and

has been welcoming local residents who are living with dementia.

📍 316 Malden Road, Cheam - The Living Well Centre is located in North Cheam, behind Cheam Leisure Centre. Follow the car park road until the very end and you’ll find us there.
