NEW: Reflexology Sessions

We are excited to announce a new offering for Carers, beginning on Friday 10th April. Student Reflexologist, Caroline Whitehall, will be providing complimentary treatments at SCC each Friday afternoon.

What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a gentle and soothing therapy rooted in the belief that specific areas on the feet are linked to different parts and systems of the body.

By applying gentle pressure to these reflex points, reflexology aims to restore the body’s natural balance, promote deep relaxation, and support wellbeing.

What to expect

You will remain fully clothed for the treatment on our comfortable massage table and will only need to remove your shoes and socks. Caroline will need to take some brief details of any health conditions or concerns you have beforehand, and it's preferable not to undertake anything too strenuous afterwards and drink plenty of water after your session.  Sessions will last around an hour for the first treatment and follow ups will be 45 minutes.

Respite - take time for yourself

Caroline is delighted to support our caring community, recognising the challenges and demands Carers face each day. This is a valuable opportunity to take some time for yourself, unwind, and discover the restorative effects of reflexology.

Please contact us to book your session or to ask any questions about treatment.
