2025-2026 Survey of Adult Carers

A message from the London Borough of Sutton:

Every two years, the national Government, through the Department of Health and Social Care, conducts a randomised survey of adult Carers. 

The 2025-2026 Survey of Adult Carers in England asks Carers for their views on the support they receive for themselves, the person they care for, and their overall quality of life. 

The survey will be sent out to Carers in Sutton over the month of October. These will be paper surveys and if you receive one, it will come with a pre-paid postage envelope to return your completed form. 

All responses to the survey will be confidential and will be reviewed by national and local health and social care services. This is to make sure that your voice is used to shape the local support available to you (sometimes called the 'Carers Offer') and the people you look after.
