ADHD Survey

Are you waiting for an ADHD assessment? Already had one?  NHS South West London wants to hear about your experience. 

NHS South West London wants to improve the support available for people with ADHD.  More people are seeking ADHD assessments, which means services are under pressure and waiting times can be long. This can also affect the support available after diagnosis. 

We want to hear from people who are waiting for an ADHD assessment or who have already had one. Your feedback will help us understand people’s experiences and what support matters most as we review and improve ADHD services in South West London. 

The survey takes around 10 minutes and responses are anonymous.
