Celebrating LGBT+ History Month

SCC's Kathryn & Vicky joined other local services to share information and advice to help celebrate LGBT+ History Month. The event took place at Central Library offering a safe and inclusive space welcoming everyone for a spot of afternoon tea - yum!

Every February in the UK is LGBT+ History Month.

The theme for 2024 is Medicine: #UnderTheScope, celebrating and remembering the contributions of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and trans people in the fields of medicine and healthcare.
