Often Carers and service users have different expectations around recovery and feel unsure on how to work together towards it. This course will help you understand the recovery model in practice and how it can also guide your own resilience.

Develop a range of ideas for responding to extreme worry and fear, hallucinations and delusions, and low motivation and drive.
