Reducing isolation for end of life and bereaved Carers

This award-winning social movement helps reduce loneliness and isolation for people who are approaching the end of their life due to age or illness and who are socially isolated or their #unpaidCarers and those recently bereaved. St Raphael's Hospice match people from Sutton and Merton with trained volunteers to provide companionship, emotional and social support.

If you would like a referral, speak to a member of staff at Sutton Carers Centre.

You can also RSVP compassionateneighbours@straphaels.org.uk to attend an information session at St Raphael's on the last Friday of each month, from 10am-12pm.
