Reset with Roshni: A Gentle Space to Breathe, Move and Reset

Modern life can leave many of us feeling constantly switched on, overwhelmed and disconnected from ourselves - and for Carers especially, it can often feel difficult to find time to pause and receive support themselves.

Reset with Roshni was created to offer a gentle and welcoming space where people can slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with both body and mind.

With over 500 hours of yoga teacher training in both the UK and India, alongside training in breathwork and sound healing, Roshni’s approach combines traditional practices with a calm, accessible teaching style designed for real people and real life. Her classes focus less on perfection or flexibility, and more on creating a sense of ease, regulation and self-awareness.

These 60-minute beginner-friendly sessions for Sutton Carers Centre will include calming breathwork (pranayama), gentle yoga movement and guided relaxation.

No previous experience is needed, and the class is designed to be supportive for all levels, including those experiencing stress, fatigue, tension or overwhelm.

The intention is simple: to give Carers an hour that is just for them.

Participants are invited to move at their own pace, reconnect with their breath, release tension from the body and leave feeling calmer, lighter and more grounded.

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is pause, take a breath, and allow ourselves the space to reset.
