If you haven't heard, singing is good for you! Even if you don't think you can hold a note or have no experience of carrying a tune, join others all on the same boat and sing to your heart's content.
The new Age UK Sutton and Home Instead 'Love to Sing' sessions run weekly at what was the Cheam Priory Centre and has now re-opened as the Living Well Centre, North Cheam.
Did you know that singing:
Improves mental alertness
Improves the efficiency of the body's cardiovascular system
Causes your body to release 'feel good' endorphins
Stimulates multiple areas of the brain at the same time
Makes you smile
Increases social interaction and comradery by making new friends!
