London Taxi Card
A taxi card provides low cost journeys in a large Black Taxis. Click here to access the website for more details. You will need to select your borough, whether Sutton or another London borough, download the application and send it to the address provided.
Dial-a-Ride - A membership scheme for free door-to-door transport service for disabled people who can't use buses, trains or the Tube. For more, visit the Dial-a-Ride website. Blue Badge scheme – parking benefits for people with disabilities. Apply online here, or ask us if you'd like help.

60+ London Oyster photocard - If you're 60 or over and live in a London borough, you can get free travel on our transport services with an Oyster photocard. For more information and to apply, click here. Please note a temporary pause in processing new Oyster card applications in 2024 due to a TfL-wide cyber security incident.
