URGENT: Temporary Centre Arrangements

As mentioned in recent communications, and if you have visited Sutton Carers Centre recently, you will know that we have extensive scaffolding around the building. Some of you may also have experienced occasional noise disruption when visiting us or speaking with our team by telephone.
Thank you for your patience and understanding while these essential building works have been taking place at Sutton Gate.
Following a change in timings and a recent reassessment of expected dust and noise levels during the next phase of the project, we've needed to make some changes to how a number of our services will be delivered over the coming weeks. This includes relocating our drop-in service and making some temporary adjustments to a few of our Centre-based activities and groups.
Due to the essential window-replacement works reaching our floor next week, our Sutton Carers Centre premises at Sutton Gate will be temporarily closed from 24 August to 7 September.
To ensure minimal disruption during this period, telephone and online appointments will continue as normal, with alternative locations provided for in-person individual meetings. Some changes have also been made to a few of our activities, groups and in-person services, as outlined below.
All phone, face-to-face and online appointments and support groups remain available during our usual hours: 10am-5pm Monday - Friday and until 8pm on Tuesdays.
We aim to reopen on 7th September. However, as building works can be unpredictable, we recommend checking here or calling us for the latest updates during this period.
Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
We look forward to welcoming you back to the Centre soon!
Activities and Support During the Relocation
We will continue to offer a range of activities, support and outreach opportunities while the building works are taking place.
Some activities will take place at Sutton Civic Offices, while others will continue online or from alternative locations.
Please check the details below before attending, as locations and arrangements may differ from your usual activity. Keep an eye on our website or call if you are uncertain or want to confirm any activity information.
