Care for a young person with Downs? Palace for Life skills!

Palace for Life is excited to launch next year’s programme for young people aged 17–30 with Down Syndrome. This year-long programme helps develop life skills, confidence, and employability.
The programme is open to young people from any area, although sessions will take place mainly in Croydon.
Sessions run every second Monday in the evening, led by staff with strong experience supporting people with disabilities, as well as team members who specialise in employability and work experience opportunities.
The programme includes:
Health and Wellbeing – Swimming sessions and cooking classes
Arts and Culture – Drama, acting, and creative activities
Community and Environment – Gardening and social action projects
There will also be day trips and community activities throughout the year.
