Free Falls Prevention Programme



The Ryan Neuro Therapy Centre is offering a free 8-week falls prevention programme designed to help Sutton residents improve confidence, balance and independence.


Each weekly session includes a 50-minute exercise class, followed by helpful education topics in a small, supportive group. Sessions are led by specialist physiotherapists in an encouraging environment.
