Christmas can be a wonderful occasion for family and friends to reunite, yet it might also be a period of isolation and solitude.

If you are providing care during the Christmas season, the information in this post may be useful as it provides you with information, resources and activities available throughout the festive period.

Remember, our Carers Kitchen is a welcoming 'warm space' which you cane visit any time during our opening hours.

Over the Christmas period, SCC will be closed on Thursday December 24th.

Join our SCC festivities and click on any section below to expand on some useful seasonal information.

The annual Christmas Carol Concert returns to the beautiful St Paul’s Church Knightsbridge on Tuesday 8 December 2026, from 6.30pm.

Start your festive season with a truly special evening of music, inspiring stories and performances, and Christmas treats. Best of all, the funds raised will go towards supporting Carers across the UK.

Don’t miss your chance to enjoy a magical evening of festive music and celebration. Tickets are £24 for adults, and free for Carers and the people they care for.
